At Self Love Superstore, we’re creating a sanctuary for whole-person healing. Our mission is to support emotional, physical, and spiritual wellbeing through personalised, heart-centred care. As we launch this exciting new venture, we’re looking for a Head of Holistic Therapy who is genuinely passionate about holistic health and creating meaningful client experiences.
Role Overview
The Head of Holistic Therapy will play a key role in both delivering and shaping our therapeutic services. You’ll provide hands-on treatments while mentoring a small team, helping to create a consistently warm, high-quality experience for every client. This is a leadership role suited to someone who enjoys both client work and supporting others to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of holistic therapies (e.g. massage, Reiki, aromatherapy, reflexology) tailored to each client’s individual needs.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of holistic practitioners.
- Help develop wellness programs and treatment protocols.
- Ensure high standards of care, professionalism, hygiene, and compliance.
- Support therapist onboarding, training, and ongoing development.
- Take part in community wellness events and outreach activities.
- Contribute ideas and collaborate to evolve our services.
Ideal Candidate
- Accredited training and qualifications in one or more holistic therapy disciplines.
- At least 3 years’ experience as a practicing therapist.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for holistic health, personal growth, and client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and aligned with our wellness values.

As we grow, we’re looking for a skilled and passionate Head of Holistic Beauty to oversee and deliver a range of natural beauty services, helping clients feel confident, cared for, and radiant.
Role Overview
The Head of Holistic Beauty will provide a variety of natural beauty treatments, from skincare and facials to waxing, nails, and other holistic services. You will also lead the beauty team, help develop and refine our service offerings, and ensure every client receives a high standard of care in a welcoming, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver natural beauty treatments such as holistic facials, gua sha, facial massage, LED therapy, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and other non-toxic beauty services.
- Advise clients on home care routines and recommend products that align with our clean and ethical beauty approach.
- Lead, mentor, and support a small team of natural beauty therapists and nail technicians.
- Assist in selecting and sourcing sustainable, non-toxic beauty and skincare products.
- Collaborate with the wider wellness team on client care and treatment planning.
- Ensure the treatment spaces are clean, safe, and aligned with brand standards.
- Support staff training, service development, and quality control initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Fully qualified in skincare, aesthetics, nails, or holistic beauty therapy.
- 3+ years’ experience delivering natural/organic beauty treatments.
- Knowledgeable about non-toxic, plant-based skincare and nail products.
- Previous leadership or team mentoring experience is a bonus (or a desire to grow into one).
- Passionate about clean beauty, holistic wellness, and personalised client care.
- Warm, confident, and professional communication style.
- Up-to-date insurance and relevant certifications.
