As we launch this exciting new venture, we’re looking for a Head of Classes who is genuinely passionate about movement, holistic health, and delivering exceptional client experiences
Role Overview
The Head of Classes will lead our movement programme, delivering high-quality yoga, Pilates, and mindful movement sessions while assisting in class scheduling and instructor coordination. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher who enjoys both leading classes and shaping a strong, consistent studio offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach engaging, high-quality yoga, Pilates, or movement-based classes for all levels.
- Support the development/manage a structured, balanced timetable of sessions.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all classes.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day studio operations, including setup and client flow.
- Collaborate with other practitioners to align movement offerings with therapies and treatments.
- Keep up to date with trends and developments in movement, recovery, and wellbeing.
Ideal Candidate
- Certified yoga, Pilates, or movement instructor with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Professional, approachable, and confident working with clients and instructors alike.
- Passionate about holistic health and helping clients feel their best.
- Comfortable using booking or scheduling software (training can be provided).

As we grow, we’re looking for skilled and passionate Beauty and Holistic Health Therapists to oversee and deliver a range of treatments, helping clients feel confident, cared for, and radiant.
Role Overview
We’re seeking qualified therapists from either a beauty or holistic background (or both) to join our growing wellness team. You’ll deliver high-quality, tailored treatments that combine technical excellence with genuine care -helping clients feel renewed, confident, and at ease.
Beauty therapists will provide a variety of natural beauty treatments, from skincare and facials to waxing, nails, and other holistic services.
Holistic Health therapists will focus more on energy-based and stress removing treatments, such as reiki, Indian head massage, crystal healing.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of treatments aligned with your qualifications and expertise - e.g., facials, body treatments, massage, reflexology, aromatherapy, or energy work.
- Create a personalised, professional experience for every client.
- Maintain exceptional hygiene, presentation, and service standards.
- Prepare treatment rooms and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent care and communication.
- Recommend suitable aftercare and products to support ongoing wellbeing.
- Stay informed about new techniques, trends, and holistic practices within your field.
Ideal Candidates
- Qualified Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)orHolistic Health Practitioner.
- 2+ years’ experience in a spa, clinic, or wellness setting.
- Strong hands-on skills and confident delivering treatments independently.
- Professional, reliable, and focused on exceptional client experience.
- Passionate about wellbeing, self-care, and continuous professional growth.

Self Care Superstore offers a curated programme of yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, and sound-based experiences - all designed to help clients restore balance, strength, and focus in a calm, contemporary environment.
Role Overview
We’re looking for confident, experienced instructors and practitioners to lead group sessions such as yoga, meditation, sound healing, breathwork, or other holistic movement-based classes. You’ll bring your own teaching style and energy while aligning with the overall tone and ethos of our wellness space.
This is a freelance role, ideal for practitioners who already run their own classes or want to expand their client base within a supportive, design-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and inclusive classes (e.g. yoga, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, or similar).
- Create a professional and welcoming experience for clients of all levels.
- Manage class setup, timing, and flow to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain strong communication with the in-house team regarding scheduling and studio use.
- Promote your sessions where appropriate through your own channels.
- Contribute to a consistent, high-quality programme of classes across the timetable.
Ideal Candidates
- Certified in your discipline (e.g. Yoga Alliance, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Meditation, or equivalent).
- 2+ years’ experience teaching individuals or groups.
- Confident, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, professional teaching presence.
